【Why we need technical service?】
When testing some complex problems, our developers cannot simulate the same problem as the user encountered by testing, then it may not be possible to find the solution to this problem quickly.
So when we encounter such problems, we need to test the problem in the user's real network state, or capture the boost packets to analyse them.
【What is Remote technical support】
Remote refers to the use of remote software that allows our developers to connect to your computer to check for problems.
【What is Packet Capture】
Packet capture means that the player opens LagoFast and the boost game normally on their computer, then the developer can analyse the problem using the boost data reported in the client.
Please follow the steps below to schedule a technical service:
Step 1: Fill in the relevant information in the reservation form
1) LagoFast account
You can find your account number in the LagoFast client
2) Technical service hours
Please select the time you are available
3) Contact information
In order to communicate in time during the technical service, please provide us with your WhatsApp or Discord account and our support team staff will add you.
4) Types of technical services
There are two types of technical services, our customer service will tell you which one you should choose
You need to download the remote software AnyDesk and fill in the Connection Code

5) Problem Description
Please fill in the details of the problem you encountered
Step 2: Add LagoFast staff on WhatsApp or Discord
Our staff will contact you on WhatsApp or Discord before the technical service starts, please check the message in time
Step 3: Start technical service
Once the technical service starts, it will take about 20-30 minutes
If you need to change the time of the technical service, please let us know at least 1 hour in advance.
