Please note that the server you select in Fortnite must be the same as the server you select in LagoFast, otherwise you will experience increased latency issues.

To ensure a stable connection, we strongly recommend that you use a wired connection rather than WiFi while playing.

If your in-game latency is higher than without Lagofast, please contact us via the customer support portal in the LagoFast end and tell us in the description what your latency is before and after boosting, and our support team will help you check this as soon as possible.

We are also working on optimising the acceleration in the USA, Europe and the Middle East, which may take some time, thank you for your patience.

If your in-game latency is already at a relatively good level (e.g. below 20ms), the effect of reducing latency after using LagoFast will not be very noticeable.

However, we all know that players often experience network fluctuations when playing games, and using LagoFast will stabilise your internet connection and greatly reduce the likelihood of packet loss.
