How to Link Your Xbox Game Pass and Battle.net Accounts

Follow these steps to link your accounts and claim your rewards:

step1:Go to Your Battle.net Account Connections Page

Open your browser and navigate to the Battle.net Account Connections page.

step2:Check for Your Xbox Network Account

Look for the Xbox Network section. If the correct Xbox Account with your active Game Pass subscription is already listed, you're all set!

step3:Link Your Xbox Account (If not already linked)

1.If no Xbox Account is listed, click the +Connect button to start the linking process.

2.Make sure you are linking the correct account, as there is a cooldown period limiting how often you can change linked accounts. Battle.net Customer Support cannot bypass these cooldowns.

step4:Fix Incorrectly Linked Accounts

1.If the wrong Xbox Account is listed and it has been more than a year since it was linked:

(1)Click Disconnect next to the listed account.

(2)Click +Connect to link the correct Xbox Account.

2.If the cooldown period has not expired and you need to link a different Xbox Account, you will have to use a different Battle.net account for the link.
